The Peer Leadership Conference is a county-wide annual event for local middle school and high school students hosted by Cape Assist and the Cape May County Healthy Community Coalition (HCC). The conference provides a great platform for teens to participate in learning activities that aid in the development of leadership skills and promote responsible citizenship, positive lifestyles, and healthy relationships!

This year marks the 26th year of the Annual Peer Leadership Conference which is normally held at the Wildwood Convention Center the Friday before Thanksgiving. Due to COVID-19, this year's conference will be held completely virtually.
