Life of an Athelete
Learn the best “tricks” from the Life of an Athlete program that had been created by the Olympic trainer John Underwood. Explore how health choices affect our bodies, and more specifically, athletic performance. The workshop will cover such topics as adequate sleep, nutrition, and abstinence from drugs and alcohol to provide a whole health approach.
